Essential Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for someone that has experience working with multiple brands in the social media marketing space. Must be well-organized, a strong communicator, client-facing, rock-star that bleeds social media marketing. We are growing and need someone that can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for execution and timely delivery of all client projects / tasks
  • Responsible for daily hygiene check for all projects i.e. Comments, Messages, Visitors Posts, Review ETC
  • Responsible for sharing daily SEM Campaigns Report and analyze the same for internal purposes
  • Responsible for reviewing SEM Campaigns on daily basis specially where media spends are huge and client is well equipped with Platforms/Technology
  • Responsible for reviewing SEM Campaigns for lead generation and keep track of it.
  • Coordination with all the internal teams to get work executed.
  • Responsible for managing client expectations on all aspects of digital marketing. Regular calls to client so that both are on the same page
  • Track marketing campaigns / Competition campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions
  • Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • To know all market trends and should have updated knowledge on the same front
  • Understand client requirements, provide expertise in all areas of digital marketing such as campaign strategies and executing social media marketing, present and discuss plans to client and coordinate with SEO, paid marketing teams to get the agreed plans executed etc.
  • Responsible to take weekly reviews with SEM POC
  • Responsible to create Monthly Reports, Analyzing the same from business point of view and take actions as per the need of the next month
  • Responsible to complete entire agreed monthly SOW, to track SOW & to maintain the work balance for an account
  • Monthly Client Meetings to review last month performance, Challenges, discussion on report and further road map with planned strategies
  • Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions
  • Responsible to prepare / give monthly content bank to other teams on agreed timelines
  • Responsible to communicate to client about any SOW incremental SOW and get adjusted in upcoming months SOW or bill it as additional scope

Work Experience Requirements

  • The candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in Social Media marketing
  • Experience in managing client
  • Expertise of competence on social media management
  • Must have enough basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, Design, Ad words etc for the managing of the client
  • Experience including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Google Communities, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest, and more
  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hoot suite, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter
  • Ability to blog about social media on the Atomic website based on research, experience, and relevant social media new
  • Proactive and self sustained individual who knows that managing the client is his or her responsibility and not of the senior team
